PSYCHOTHERAPY is a confidential space where people of all ages can come to receive support to live happier, healthier and more productive lives. It provides a regular time for individuals to explore their feelings and talk about their problems and it teaches individuals to develop more sustainable ways of coping with difficulties while enriching their sense of ‘being’. Psychotherapy enables clients to become more self aware,
to establish more meaningful relationships and ultimately, it empowers them to find greater purpose in their every day lives. Sessions are usually weekly or bi-weekly, and last 40 minutes to an hour, though the initial session is longer and lasts an hour and a half, to two hours. Within this framework, every Psychotherapy agreement is custom-made to best serve the goals of a particular client.
